What is a lash lift and tint?
An eyelash lift and tint adds a natural lift, curl and color to your lashes. It uplifts and curls them from the base of the lash, making them stand out and look longer. A vegetable-based tinting solution is applied to the lashes, giving them the same appearance as wearing mascara.
What can you expect during and after your treatment?
- The eye area is prepped with a gentle cleanse, removing any oils and mascara.
- A silicone shield is gently placed on your eyelids, with your eyes closed. The lashes are then placed onto the shield.
- The curling solution is then applied for around 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the health of your lashes.
- The tint itself is left on the lashes for 5 to 10 minutes, again depending on the health of your lashes, and is then removed. The lashes are combed through and a nourishing conditioning lotion is applied.
- Do not get the lashes wet or use product on them for 24 hours after treatment.
- As you approach six to eight weeks after treatment, the lashes will start to relax, which is when we recommend re-treating.
- Shedding of lashes is part of the lash cycle and is normal.
- Treatment time is 75 to 90 minutes.
